Must be bad luck then, I've used it alot, and have never seen it hit higher than my typical Hit2..... from what I can tell they are identical in damage.

I'm not gonna tell you that.
I'm too new to Master, just waiting to see if what I'm seeing is just some bad luck on rolls, or what.....
But my Hit2 would consistantly hit for around 3000-3500, and topped at 4500. My Hit3 rarely goes above 3000. I was expecting to hit at least in the 4000 range. Yet to see that. It actually seems weaker to me.

2H Hit2 does 3x damage, with a 2x time delay. 2H Hit3 does 4x damage, with a 2.5x time delay.
I frequently use Lunge2 (yeah, a Master Brawler skill), followed by Hit3 as a standard attack against Tuskens at the fort. I have seen hits for over 8300 damage and two hit kill a lot of Tuskens.
That same hit with Hit2 would have hit for 6,225.

Thanks Sotaudi, I guess I've just been getting really bad rolls.
