1. Do you notice that your hitting things more at master if you have accuracy Sea's, if so how good are your Seas?
2. How much more speed would i need to swing a Power Hammer with 5.4 speed once a second?
The reason I am asking is because I want to know if i should spend my money on them or if they are a waste

For speed without the +5 from master brawler you will need +18 to hit the speed cap for swinging every second. I only have +3 on accuracy attachments. using a -40 hammer ackly hammer over the weekend i would miss a couple times while doing a ns protector. the spellweaver and lower would die too quick to notice if i missed
to me the speed ones are worth every credit (within reason, i bought a +5 for 300k this weekend). i am constantly buying them up for when my current set of armor runs out to keep me swinging fast!

I've got +22 total in accuracy tapes and master brawler and never miss (or it's so rare I dontnotice)except when dueling fencers. I may get blocked, counterattacked or dodged, but the combat spam does not record me missing. It's quite funny to hear the fencers laugh at me when I stand there with myPH (although it's range mods are -20 so not that bad).
It's also quite funny to see them staring in disbelief up at me after a my 850 dmg PH hits them withlunge2 and3 headhit3's....that's right before they pass out.![]()

Why keep buying the speed SEA's to put in armor that will just decay? Next time put them in ubese bandoleers, shirts, and belts... those pieces don't decay.

Mainly because you would have to get a couple of exceptional/legendary to reach +25 by only putting them in clothing items if you still wanted to wear armor.

You don't need the whole +25, all you really need is +18, so thats 3 +6 attachments... those are much easier to come by than the +15-25 attachments.

already have a shirt with +13 intim and warcry +6 melee defense +6 ranged +6 poison resist and +4 2 hand speed
belt with +3 ranged +3 accuracy +3 speed +3 counter attack
i have to use them in the armor now
credits are too easy to come by in this game. i can make 600k+ in a 3hour buff without stressing just steady play do that couple times a week to pay for my spending spree's
get a good armorsmith to repair the armor and you have plenty of time to replace them. i see the point about the ubese shirt but i have more use of the itim/warcry shirt than one with a few skill attachments that are easily replaced. that being said i may use the +5 in an ubese shirt and start looking for some other high end SEA's to make up for that or start a new belt and auction off my old one

For 5.4 hamemrs, yes. But for acklay bone hammers that float around 5.9-6.0, you will need more speed. That means that you resort to either getting lucky and finding really high mod SEAs,or you start putting them in armor.
And +6 in a skill mod you are looking for tends to come around alot less. I've only seenone +6two hand speed SEA up for aution on tempest in the last month. And most of the two hand SEAs that have been up have been +1-+3.

I guess it all depends then, as I can find many, many +6 attachments on bloodfin. Nightsisters just love to drop them for me when ever I get in a mood to go slaughter them helplessly.
