Thread: Combat Med and Heavy Swordsman vs Krayt?

As a lowly combat medic, my so called "combat"... consists of poison, then jump on a bike. This is rather boring, takes forever and in the end i get killed, wasting another 30 mins of my life. So..... I want to get down and dirty with the krayt as a master heavy swordswoman. Is this feasible?? Can master HS tank a krayt? and if so for how long? Because if i could survive, deal damage, chuck poison long enuff to kill it... HS could be the way to go...
Suggestions, advice??
Also... Heavy swords hit what HAM pool the most? I heard mind.. is that tru?

You can't master both but I would sugest going Master CM and do swords 0444 This would give you the defenses that you will be looking for and then you also have head hit 3.
To go about this I would say try using 6 mind diseases on the sucker that is each of the aoe and each of the singles. Eventualy you will be doing 15000 a tick of disease as their BF will be through the roof. (this will take like 10-15 minutes to get there) Then apply all 6 poisons as well. Now with the swordsman I would sugest Head hitting the sucker till it goes down if you can live that long. Good luck but that is all the advice I have.

Thing is that i'm master combat med, master doc at the moment. Sorta want a transition to something else... heres the template im thinking of.
Brawler 0040
Combat Med 0004 (can still apply the single mind poisons)
Medic 4444
Swordsmant 4444
Marksman 0004
Or as is most popular i could keep master doc.. or atleast some of it... with master swords. I mostly just want to know is master heavy swordsmen able to take on krayt? Just hands down fighting... No funny business, is it a myth? can no single proffesion tank a krayt?

To be honest, any melee profession could TANK a Krayt with armor, buffs, COB, food, spice. Swordsman of all, have terrible defenses for tanking as compared to other melee professions. However, we can outdamage them (sometimes) and get a medium armor piercing blast damage weapon. While TKM just gets kinetic, Fencer stun and kinetic, and Pikeman get Electricity and kinetic. Also, we can target the mind pool, which those pesky self-healing NPCs cant heal (Nightsisters).
