like i said I'm 0403 in swordsman and i have 450kxp what should i learn?

go up the defense line then after that finish the offense line and the finesse line

i think the best is to do it this way 
0-0-1-x (to get mitigation1 and spinattack2)
0-4-1-x (to get speed and mindhits)
0-4-4-x (to get max defense and mitig2)
and then the rest
0-0-1-x (to get mitigation1 and spinattack2)

Do you mean mitigation? Defense Mitigation is automatic. You dont have to do anything other than obtain the skill box that gives the mitigation level. Migration however, usually refers to stat migration, where could can slowly migrate your stats from one primary or secondary stat pool to another.

Yea, mitigation? sry at work can the the box.
So automatic.. OK just didnt know if i was missing something here
