Thread: Gamorrean Axe Mind Bleeds and soloing big stuff

I was just wondering if the mind disease on the Gamorrean Battle Axe from the jabba's quest would be worth while to use when taking down krayts, or other high HAM creatures. In case you don't have one on hand when pondering this, the mind disease stats are 50 strength, 60% potency, for 400s. I may just end up testing it, but I'd like to know if anyone's done it, or what your thoughts are. Any input is appreciated.

They don't stack, but you still get the hit for the biggest.

I used the gam ax while grinding up to novice swordsman. Haven't touched it since. Doing elders, the damage the disease does is less than the hit from my hammer, so I just use it for the whole kill.

It can be useful in pvp. One more mind disease weapon to add to the arsenal.

It IS useful in PvP. With so high mindbars people have now and such insanely good composite, the fights tend to take a while, and the disease certainly swings to your favour after a while since it doesn't regenerate.

I'm thinking a bit about taking some fencer levels to use my knives wiht mind poison and mind fire. Some small effects from the mind bleed and the he's got a lot of things on his mind

Yep I got a couple last night. I hope I can slice them. What I want to use it for is when I get a tef flag from npcs and the pvp's come running. When I am hopelessly out numbered I thought I would stick the them with a disease before I go down to Sto-Vo-Kor....

LOL...

Yeah, just go too the palace, and get started on the quests. I believe it is Barada that awards the Axe once you finish his quests.

As for the Acklay bones, they are a loot drop from the Acklay in the Geonosian Biolab on Yavin.

"So I swoop upon the foe, and I will slay,
I will hew them into pieces, I will dash them into dust;
Like Baal in his strength, on their rearward, lo! I fell,
And I killed them, none escaped me, and I slew, and slew, and slew."

Hehe, I am the original Klingon Wookiee.. Morath was the real Kahless. He put Kahless the unforgettable on the path of honor and died for him at the begining of Kahless's path.

Ok, ok... sorry I love Klingons...I know too much information.. and yes I do have job, a family and a life.. well at least most of the time...
