yea, agreed, i'd rather not get any tape's at all rather than bum tapes. and it seems like 50% of the tapes droped are for squad leader abilities.... /shrug

its shamefull that the devs haven't removed broken skill tapes from the loot tables a full year after launch . it would take hardly any effort and would save us from a lot of dissapointment . it really stinks when you loot a +15 or higher attachment that doesn't serve any use
