A question for the more experienced Swordsmen out there

What would be more beneficial for me?
+125 counterattack and +94 melee defence
OR
+100 counterattack and +125 melee defence?

I am only doing PvE atm, fighting high-end mobs mostly.

Would be grateful for any advice

Meep - a difficult one that.. I'd say Counter is the way to go - afaik High end mobs such as NS Elders have 100% accuracy no matter what your Melee/Ranged Defence is, but Counter/CoB seems to help avoid forcethrow/forcelightning etc from what i've seen

Yes, that is kind of what i have been experiencing.
didnt state it before but i am currently +125 counterattack and +104 melee defence(with BE clothes)
with a CoB running i can stand against most things.. except our dear NS elders with stunbatons :/
I certainly get hit less than others i play with that has +125 melee defence instead.

Mm, methinks High Melee/Ranged def is more useful for a PvP Character than a PvE one Am PvE primarily myself and would like to increase my Counterattack mod up to cap.. will be changing my main character template drastically at Publish 10 tho so I don't wanna put too much into it atm... Have to start a new Swordsgirl PvE Template from scratch with a new character I guess
