Thread: How are us swordsmen affording AAs and CAs?

Ok guys, Ive mastered my template of Master Swords / Brawler / Medic with 0340 Doctor - enough to give myself a decent buff / cure states that I come against
I've got my 80% energy armour for Stormtrooper fights, my Stun armour for PVP, some 70+% ubese for general creature killing and some nice 80% elec, energy and kinetic for high end fights....
Ive got a couple of Scythes that I've built up, i've got a few nice Power hammers with just under 700 dam- I am now at an end of how I can get to 40million unless grinding like a Jedi would do for 1 box, for me to grind up about 10 million to afford low-endspeed tapes against mokk / jantas....
Unless I go up against NS's in the hope of getting something 'good' to sell on the forums, or just do a simple destroy corvette over and over again, to flood the market with AV-21 Schematics...
What do tend to drop Speed attachments?
I've worked out I only need +15 to cap speed thanks to Master Brawler, instead of the +20...
And we've got a problem on our server that a particular person seems to be using his large wallet to BO every single 2handed speed AA that comes on the market that is +3...
Any suggestions?

Aakuans drop plates, a lot of the +5 2handspeed plates come from there. On our server (eclipse) prices are about 8million for a +5 2handspeed plate. Another option is to get into a solo group, go to dant and run janta/mokk missions for a few hours. I can make roughly 2million in 3 hours of play on dant in an improved job market (you will need an ATST or solo group in order to pull in the missions).
I don't know about your server, but premium damage crystals have been going for about 2million on eclipse, so go kill a couple of NS elders, and see if you can get some of those.
I bought all of my 2hand speed plates, and it took me about a month or so to save up for them.. worth every penny tbh.

The very first loot I ever got off a NS was a CA for +5 to 2handed speed. Talk about luck. From a NS Sentry too, no less. Just go kill and loot anything you can. Hehe

Aakuans. Just do those missions for as much as you can bear. Sell the tapes you don't want, and keep the ones you like. I think they pay about 8200-8900 on talus, and you need a group difficulty of about 75 or more to get them. The mission is called a large aakuan champion camp.

Or just know what resources are in demand - dig em up, sit on them for a few months and then sell.... I made over 20 million in one resource auction.
