If this has been posted before, link me please, but I've got about 40 extra accuracy via SEA's and i'm wondering if that's just mega-overkill?
i'm getting ready to start another swordsman character for PvP, and i need all the accuracy i can get - as the rest of us swordsmen know, usually a hammer anddefense stackers= wiff, wiff, wiff, wiff

thats correct. there are no offensive caps. only defensive. such as melee defense, ranged defense, defense vs knockdown, dizzy, etc...
stats such as speed, accuracy, damage, and things like that have no real cap. only general overkill limits. for example, with 2 handed swords speed, with master brawler your at +80 speed. supposidly, if you have enough tapes to reach 100 ( a +20 speed tape would be needed) then every weapon with a speed of about 6.0 or lower will swing with a 1.0 speed (roughly, i didnt do the math so it might be off, but you get the point) after a certain limit, its pointless to go any higher. sure it will still take effect, but only with weapons slow enough to use the increased speed.
same with the accuracy, your already fairly accurate, and with increased accuracy attachments, youll be even more accurat, but to much accuracy can be a waste of tapes and slots, becuase after a certain lvl, you should be accurate with preety much any sword you come across.

umm... there is a cap of +25 from any one type of SEA's (such as 2-h accuracy)

nothing from the mouth of the devs but it is true you can only use +25 enhancements anything else is a waste.

yes im aware that the cap on attachments is +25 and that any extra is a waste. i ment say you have a speed of 80 and put on a +20, then a +5 on a diff. piece of armor, youll have 105 speed, and it would be pointless to add the extra +5 becuase swordsman at a speed of 100 is already plenty fast enough for just about any hammer/scythe/cleaver worth using.

100 is the speed cap on any weapon type or speed. Due to an absolutely retarded speed calculation, once you reach 100 speed you get a division by zero and the game freaks out and lets you swing at cap with any weapon. Crit failed and got 10 speed on a T21? Oh well! Still fires at 1 shot a second. Realistically, for swordsman, you need 95 speed (96 to be safe for moderate success on acklay weapons) in order to cap with any logical weapon.
As for accuracy, the only cap is the innate +25 from SEAs. Whether or not they actually DO anything at that level is up to debate. I haven't seen any tests conducted about that particular subject.
