Thread: Scythe quest didnt award schematic...

This happend to anyone else? I did the scythe quest just now, used the disc to search the area, got a message saying "The treasure was sucessfully extracted" while the krayt spawns and attacks me.. yet, I have no schematic in my inventory. And the disc is gone now so.. I cant search again.

A Magseal container spawns right beneath the Krayt. You must not have noticed it.

I don't know if it is the first time you are doing this quest or not, so I'll explain what happens.
When you do "extract treasure" , you have a box/chest spawn in like a 20m range (usualy right under the krayt). Maybe you didn't see the chest because it was hidden by the krayt.

Hey just a quick question,did you have to get buffed to acctuly survive the krayt(just ebough time to get away before it kills you)?

If your HAM is not to low and u wear some good armor, pop in a synthisteak and intimidate1/2 the krayt asapushould be able to do it unbuffed...if u have some scout(1000) u can just burstrun....terrain negotiation helps in that case a lot...

Hmm, ok I didnt notice the magseal container, but I took off running from the krayt, then came back immediatly after the aggro was off me. Nothing there.. some guy was killing the krayt when I got back but no magseal or anything was sitting around there.

The magseal despawns after a short while this happened to me once. Pain in the arse.
