Thread: If i have a scythe blade with 2.7 speed...

Anything over 100 caps with ANY weapons, it's an error in the equations 100 - (your speed mod)/100 * weapon speed * special speed. If you have over 100, you are automatically capped because the equation does not take in 100 - (your speed mod) being a negative number.

now what would my speed actually BE if i was a master swordsman using a 2.7 speed scythe blade?
