Thread: Singing Mountain Clan Loots

It's funny, I've been soloing elders and NS for a while now and I never stopped to think about what loot drops come from the Singing Mountain Clan. Anyone ever take the time to fight them, I know they're a bit tougher than NS, but how are their drops? I know swds/tk/brawler can handle them - but is it worth my time?
Any info would be appreciated.

i think they drop basically exact same stuff as nightsisters, when i did kill some all i looted was nightsister armor layers. i think they r basically nightsisters twins

There are Mobs called ''Singing Mountain Clan Elder'' I think she has the same stats as the Nightsister Elder.

it's 100% blast & kinetic 
i've killed several SMC's but NEVER got loot except when i got orange rug 4th (that was before they upped the drop rate so it was actually quite nice)

The SMC "Elder" is actually a "CouncilWoman" and i think they are res to kin at least...I think...But the Spider Cave Elder is res to Electricity and is 100% res on Blast and Kin. Most SMC are best fought with a Scythe or Hack since their res vs Blast is 75% and Kin usually 25-30%.

I was talkin about the Spider Cave Elder.... that is 100% to kin and blast
my bad.... 
but still i've never gotten loot from SMC... killed alot of Dragoons...

I seem to get more armor and clothing attachments from the SMC, NS tend to give me weapons and crystals. I have never get a SEA from a nightsister. The attachemts are usually in the +5 to +8 range and cover everything from combat related attachments to crafting attachments. Some are junk and some are great like a +6 food experimentation tape.
I have only ever once killed a spider clan elder, and she had a pair of dress shoes :/
Anyways, that is what I have found when comparing the SMC to NS.

i looted a +17 rifle accuracy while moving from an smc guardian : )

Singing Mountain Clan are the Light Force using Witches of Dathomir, as opposed to the Dark Force using Nightsisters As for loot, they seem to drop the same stuff as Nightsisters apart from the Nightsister specific loots - NS Lances, NS Armour Shards/Segments - altho I've never killed any of em, on principal they're the good girls!
