I just looted +4 two handed melee speed shoes off ofsome abandoned pirates on Lok last night.
I was really jazzed until I wondered if composite pants would work in place of boots or if there is an
armor hole with your feet exposed? I also loose intim/warcry pants I've been wearing too.
Anyone have any experience with this? I'd love some advice

In my experience, without Comp pants, makes a difference, but I literally was recieving equal damage to the Health as i was to the action without pants, but with a Comp Chestplate. So since i have to heal health anywway, i save some money and just use BE Pants, works great for me.

My concern was that I can't wear what I do now and use the shoes. I wear
BE Shirt and pants, Comp chest, Comp gloves, comp helmet, andcomp boots .
and get complete protection as if I had all the bracers and pants on. The one time
I equipped normal boots and BE pants I got KD/dizzy and a lowly NS rancor tamer
killed me by getting my action down fast.
With a name like Jin' I assume you aren't trando....which may have different requirements
since they can't wear boots.....
Anyway, I guess I will try wearing comp pants and let you all know what I find.

It has never posed a problem with me as far as i know, i dont think we have any racial benefits. Although im TKM too with me template, but it doesnt give uber State Defense.

the easiest way is to go out and test it yourself. I think you should be fine, as trando's will have no armor hole 90% of the time with no boots on (those other 10% of the time can be a killer though).

Exactly, it depends if the person likes it or not, go try it yourself, since we all have different opinions on how to play are Swordsman. Some of us live life on the edge and do with less armor, but that lifestyle is for those who choose it.

Well my boots actually take the most damage out of all my mini suit parts usually, i know cause they are always the first to run low on condition. Not sure about comp pants, as i cant really use them due to my speed capping tape in BE pants.
