I've previously been reading that the best power hammers are the ones that are dropped, not crafted. The question is, do these drop from random mobs or can the mobs be narrowed down to a particular group?

GL finding one off a NS. most of the ones droped from them are exceptional and those take a long time 2 find

Ive never Looted a Exceptional Weapon after over half a Year of Pure NS Farmage.

illok go 2 the NS stronghold on dathomir. be mind buffed,reg buffed (of course) and maybe come with a rifleman so u cnan tank/headhit and the same time. the regular ones should be a sinch 2 kill.

there's a certian POI that drops power hammers as loot. It's not nightsisters, but I am not giving it out because certian swordsmen from my server will camp it trying to get mind dot hammers. lol
