Lets see I have been reading up on ithe forums for awhile now. I was reading of TKM, Fencer, and 2 Handed(The only ones that caught my eye). I am currently Doctor/Pistoleer, I am really getting sick and tired of pistols I mean EVERYONE HAS ONE! Its one of the best and easiest professions I have ever seen. But I want a challenge! I really want to have a melee weapon instead of this ranged combat. I just need a stable all around excellent profession thats great at PvP and PvE. I am also keeping ALL of my Doctor skills so keep in mind when answering that I can BUFF and STIM myself! HELP!

I haven't done TK or Fencer, but I can say I love Master Heavy Sword. To get the most from it I would recommend pairing it with Master Brawler, which would leave you losing Master Doctor so you may not want to go that route. TK gets the KD and the uberness (consider itthe pistoleer of the Melee classes) and as a result many of the L33tzor players have gone TK and saturated the field.

Fencer is getting some nice bonuses with the next combat update and would be a good choice as well, especially if you want to be something not in the mainstream.

Pikemen can deliver some wicked damage and get an area knockdown, but it is the general concensus that they are still pretty borked. Their better weapons have even worse range modifiers than ours and as a result, you don't get to hit much until late in the tree.

There are some on these boards that are MHS and MD and seem to do very well with it.

Keep your doc skills, and pick up a 2h heavy sword, once you reach novice heavy swords with mindhit1 and headhit 1, you are on your way.

Thanks alot for all the info, just I need more! What are the weaknesses and the strengths of each! Such as in PvP vs a Ranged or PvP vs a Melee! I am really all about the PvP
