swordsman suck at duleing... everyone knows this, but i thought that with counter attack they would make up for only giveing us damage attacks.

im a 0|4|3|4 swordsman he is about the same

but then i duled a fencer... same level as me... we duled, dodged 80% of my attacks... and i counter attacked 70% of his attacks... but then i saw that he was DODGEING MY COUNTERATTACKS! and WHEN I COUNTERATTACKED ITDIDNT EVIN STOP THE DAMAGE HALF THE TIME!HE KICKED THELIVEING $H!T OUT OF ME! i got in maby 2 hits... he dodged all my counterattacks, and then 30% of his attacks got through, then 50% of the counterattacks i made let the damage through...

WE STILL CANT WIN A DULE! if they are guna let counterattack only block like 50% of the hits they should make our attack backon them un-dodgeable

im really close to forgeting all my swordsman skills... i would like to win at least 1 melee dule.

I don't think you actually make an extra attack on counterattck. It's strictly a passive defensive move that is , at its core, no different than dodge. We as swordsmen (and the guys who play lady swordswomen) get counterattack bonuses but mechanically there is no extra attack for your opponent to dodge. If he's dodging, he's dodging your normal attacks.

there is an extra attack... and sometimes he can "shrug off the hit" and somtimes the damage goes through but we still counter attack... trust me... WE GOT THE SHAFT!!!!! **edit** YOU DEVS! GIVE US A BREAK
