Iv'e been looking and asking around. Can't find them and get no answers, so I turn to my brethren. Do y'all know lol?

yeah they are around, look for "melee weapon powerup"

I use them, but I find them difficult to acquire because many Weaponsmiths do not carry them as they do not sell well from what I understand.

I would always look for ones that reduce HAM costs no matter what other stats they improve. Ones that reduce Health costs for your Powerhammer and ones that reduce Action costs for Curved sword and cleaver. The other stats will depend on your needs and your level (for instance, boosting speed or accuracy will be less important at Master than at Novice).

just look for someone to make then for you then buy tons of crates of them.

powerups are an artisan item, not a weaponsmith item... that's why alot of 'smiths don't stock them. (plus they're fiddly)
