Well, after receiving this profession at the end of November for my first holo, I had been steadily grinding. Friday morning I was at 2/4/2/3. I finally Mastered it on Sunday afternoon. Once I received the 2nd mind bleed special, I was able to take out two Mountain Squills at a time with hit-and-run tactics, and the final 5 profession blocks ended up being comparitively quick.

Now that I am moving on with the holo-grind (I was lucky enough to get Scout for the second holo, for which I was already at 4/1/4/2), I am strongly considering keeping this profession for a while as my main combat class. Originally I was going to drop it shortly after completion, but I sunk so much time and effort into getting it, I think I will savor it for a little bit until which time I NEED to start dropping blocks to recover skill points.

I mastered Rifle because I wanted to, and Swordsman to complement it. (That is, I am not following holos.) But I, like many other people, especially those who, like you, took it up because a holo told them, find myself saying, "Why didI not do this sooner."
