I have yet to PvP with Heavy Swordsman. So I have no clue how good it is when fighting another player. I'm also going Rifleman so Mind is what I want to target. I have been buying attachments like crazy, even the evasion, counter, and damage ones which I discovered could not work. For now I have lots of accuracy attachments, will give me 154 accuracy with a -23 accuracy mod hammer and -1 accuracy mod scythe. Then there is the speed question, I have several attachments to give me 87 Speed.

So my question is, with just these armor and clothing attachments, will it be enough to do well in PvP?

umm... against the general overt population of my server, yes. everyone is a rifleman, or a CM. and they're usually together.

You basically want a speed of 90. But 87 is damned nice. You'll basically be hitting at the cap, and with accuracy like that, you'll be pretty deadly.
