It really depends on the server you're on, but I say no way is it worth half a mil.
You can tell from the range mods that they used looted geno sword cores and not crafted ones.
It comes down to how much are you willing to pay for it. But I would never spend that kind of cash, nor tell anyone to buy it for that price.
