You get the schematic for the black sun executioner's hack in the Death Watch Bunker, however it requires geonosian sword cores.

Actually I looted a schematic outside of the bunker (2 days after i bought one :smileysad You just need to kill the Deathwatch/Black Sun people.

From what I understand the Executioner Hacks are not very good and the Devs have no intention of making them any better. IfI were you I'd stick with Hammers and Scythes.
