Hey all,

I'm currently MBE, MFencer...and some CH. I'm thinking of dropping the CH and picking up some Swordsman...

I Only have enough skill points to go 4 boxes of swordsman of one section or 3 of one section and 1 of another.

The reason for my desicion is thatit simply takes too long with fencer tokill high level mobs.

So with that in mind...Any suggestions as to what would be most helpful for PvE - ing?

Well this is just personal preferance but I would do the following:

Master BE / 4000 Fencer / Master Swordsman

Would give you the wicked ranged/melee def from Fencer and the awsome power from Swordsman. If not that then you should get 0310 in swordsman, although it will not be nearly as effective by any means. You will be slow and unaccurate as all get out, prolly wouldnt be worth looking at IMHO.

hmm...very interesting proposal. That may be for the better of my char. ....decisions decisions.

I think the minumum requirement to be successful in pve with swordsman is 0403. I agree with the previous post about dropping master fencer for master swordsman 4000 fencer.

Swordsman is the best melee profession for pve. And since stun composite and stun psg's are so common, I think it's a better choice for pvp then fencer.

I dont think a non-master swordsman would be any better than most other professions because our accuracy and speed sucks! Master or at minimum do the 0403, then you get most of the speed, accuracy and can use a scythe which is much more accurate imo.

Thank you all for your responses...

I think for the time being I'll keep what I got. I will probably eventually switch from Fencer to Swordsman though. I liked that first response I got...about keeping 4000 Fencer, however that doesn't leave me with enough SP to have exploration 4 which is crucial for BE sampling...gotta have that mask scent
