Looted a Two handed melee accuracy +11 AA tonight off of a spellweaver, i bought a Ubese Armor shirt, put the AA in it, SWEET!, Item Used.....wait, the item isnt in my shirt and a socket wasnt used....Welp its gone, CSR kinda just gave me the finger and said sry , not our fault the game is glitched! So im out a VERY nice attatchment it seems and will probably be canceling my account if they dont do something about it.
Maybe my fellow swordsman will realize....NICE attatchment to be lost ...right?

Aww hell. That sucks man, that sucks ass. I've had stuff *pop* before, too, and of course the CSRs did nothing about it. I feel ya.

Well if they dont, thats one less customer they have to worry about not helping, thats for sure.
And now i just found out that all the bugs i have ever created, werent sent, LOL , none of them, they never recieved any of them, why waste my time?

That sucks but at least you didn't pay 15 million for it on the auction and then have it poof on you...

Don't give up. Whine, complain, submit more tickets, have your friends submit tickets, ask for supervisor's e-mail, e-mail supervisor, etc.

the squeaky wheel and all that jazz. keep on the CSR's. if an in-game CSR won't help you, call them on the phone and talkt to a supervisor. if you stop bothering them, they definitely won't do anything to help you...you at least have a chance if you keep on them.

that sucks.. least it wasnt a +11 speed thou....
but keep submitting tickets like the others say.... they can give you credits to reimburse you... just because you got a crap answer from one CSR, doesn't mean the next won't help.

Thanks for the info guys, funny thing is I called and was on the fone for 15mins wastin my minutes before they even answered me. All the guys were helpin other customers LOL...bulls**t! I was writing tickets like mad too, with all the crap that was happening to me, turns out, they couldnt read my tickets! I was bugged , i was in the chat room talkin to a CSR guy, he told me to write a ticket, I did just then and I read him the ticket number and he couldnt read it. He then told me they couldnt read any of the tickets i even posted in the past. Idk, F CSR and F SWG.
