Hello all,
Just curious how you guys deal with getting KD in PvP.
I know there is some chef food out there but, I have not picked any up yet.
I guess there are BE clothes as well that ha ve KD defense.
Is that it?
Please share your thoughts.
Thanks!

mm same as everything i guess (Don't PvP much tho) skilltapes, foods, maxing your template to def vs those states that are oh so annoying
Ohh... and having a Squad Leader in your team helps too
Rally (? Correct me if im wrong please) cures Dizzy on all SL-led party members... i've been on a few rancor hunts (enraged bulls i think) where Dizzy/KD has been a problem and the difference with even a low lvl SL there was amazing

fencer balance + TKA balance line, you end up like a walking wall. just watch out for intimidate + stun combo apart from that you are quite safe

Sounds like a great plan Noc but, Im gunning for Master Doc and Master Swords. I don't think I will have skill points left over for that.
Thank you for the input though, I do appreciate it.
If I decide to drop Doc, I will take you up on that.

One of the things I ahve learned is that, aside from templating to get good defense, do not spam stand up.
When i get KD I hit stand once...if I do not stand I hit it once more...I have never been on the ground longer than 3 tries when getting KDed & Dizzy.
Alot of people seem to spam /stand and they keep falling over and over...
maybe I am just lucky but it seems to work for me.

I'm TKM/Swords, and i've noticed that - Combat equilibrium i assumed... if i get KD/Dizzied i8/10 timesstand up pretty much straight away unless i actually TRY and /stand

hmmm u 're a Doctor dude.... get rid of it as soon as it sticks... keep your eyes open and when u get dizzied press a button to which u have assigned this macro:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/healStates self;
as for KD, eat thakitilo i guess... 1 chunk and u should easily be above the 125 cap... and dont look at the +KD defense on it.... anything above +90 is enough, make sure u get low filling and good duration. i most surely like to have the effect for a few more minutes than have 2 or 3 more points in KD defense

Quite well actually
Master Swords, TKA 4314
You can get up pretty sharpish and continually swapping weapons using your state statcks of the TKA and the heavy hitting of the Swords on the mind... if you are good you can do very well.

just find a good chef to make you a 98% thakitillo(sp?) for kd and buy some dizzy food (can't remember the name). and also some skill tapes
