Recently been stocking up on weaponry and really enjoy making scythes, but am unsure about Master Swordsman speed caps. These are what I have made so far:

Scythes are very good for Master Swordsman who don't have Mbrawler or speed tapes, as a good 1.8~2.0 speed scythe with 360 damage can be very lethal. Even higher damage scythes with slower speeds can be good if a mob has a higher blast resist than kin, which is rare but does occur.

Stormbringer 953/953 2.6 209-354 +4 used 25/15 yellow cubes and +25 agents (i think on the last, was a while ago)

Mournblade 953/953 2.6 194-349 +1

Syrkakang (x2) 1005/1005 2.6 199-344 +4

Steel Rain (x2)1005/1005 2.6 187-326 +7

All are unsliced and no pups

I think these are great personally but would like some input before I go public with wares.

What I really would like to know is if getting the speed below 2.5 or 2.6 is really desired. I have 7 looted cores with 51/39 -.984 +30. The stats on my yellow cube/base agent geo-sword cores are 45/55 -.49 (which would make something approximating the Steel Rain)

Is the bonus to speed worth the trade off in max damage to you?

I ask because I can use these to pull 2 off of 1-use of a schematic or pull 3 using a full schem and half of another. plus I have4 cores of 34-76 -.644 +39using a full schem for these as well. Just want to maximize my schem:scythe ratio. any insightinto Swordsman desires and speed preferences (if any) would be much appreciated.
