I AM NEW TO SWORDSMAN, AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW A FEW TIPS.

WHAT IS "SPEED CAPPED", AND HOW DO YOU DO THAT?

DO ANY SWORDS DO DAMAGE OTHER THEN KINETIC.?

ANY OTHER TIPS ARE APPRECIATED.

Speed capped means that you are able to swing your weapon once per second.

99% of the time this is in reference to using a damage sliced weapon...and using your most damaging / slowest special.

Like Hit 3 or Head Hit 3.

You have to factor in your weapon speed...and your 2-H melee speed...the bonus from Master Brawler if you have it...and the bonuses from +2-H melee speed attachments.....and the new Force Sensitive Speed bonuses you will be able to eventually get.

A powerhamer is a 2-h weapon that does blast damage.
