Thread: Power Hammer Powerups?
The one I remember right now is called "of control enhancement" and gives a bonus to attack speed.
There are surely others out there, you just have to look at the stats!
And be careful: Many of the smiths are great businessmen

For the powerups I´m using right now I pay 200 each, but you can also get some for 500...better ones of course! Well, at least the most times...
Am still looking for some to raise min damage AND speed, but perhaps I found them on Talus today! Have to take a closer look...
A speed slice will get you the best reduction in speed. A master smuggler has the potential of increasing the speed of your weapon by 35%.
Melee powerups can not be made with damage or speed as the primary buff. The powerups I use are:32% Health cost reduction, 16% speed increase.
teknohook - Powerups are made by Artisans, not Weaponsmiths. Find yourself a Master Artisan and have him make you some. Keep going back to him and eventually you are gonna start getting them for cheaper (if he is a cool guy) cause you are a steady customer.
Morath360 - A powerup lasts for 100 attacks.
Or should I go see a weaponsmith in my particular galaxy?
Find one on the bazaar with 32% / 16% stats of some sort. Note the makers name, then send him an email asking for a customer order. Specify what you want enhanced. Then order them by the crate (10 per crate). Shouldn't cost you more than 3000cr per crate, but I've seen lower. I orderthree or four crates at a time. Yes, you will go through them that fast (and there's no point in having to contact the guy just a week later, he'll appreciate the buld order --less work for him).
100 swings per powerup means you'll probably be using one per hour, at least. Be sure to keep an eye on the hammer in you inventory. It's easy to miss the 'powerup expired' message in the middle of combat.
