Sorry, Im totally new toSwordsman and was wondering which HAM bar do the goodsword specials drain?

Ive just come from Rifleman where our specials deflate the mind bar after about 7 shots, and most of them miss

Action except for the hammer which drains health

So even the head / mind hit specials use the swordman's health / action?

cleaver is a balance of all 3.. see other post on this page about cleavers

Power hammers are great for Wookies and Trandoshans because they have innately high strength.

All our specials multiply action more than health. So, if you're using a Curved you'll use more action. If you're using a Cleaver you'll also use more action (even though it's action and health modifiers are equal). With a Power Hammer or a 2H Axe it's all about health.
