Hey guys, some of you will rememebr me and some of you wont. I am the oldest swordsman on Kauri. I havent taken a break from swg, but I did take one from the forums. It seemed that I was on here more then anything else. I am sure some of you guys can relate 
. Anyhow I have a few questions, Im sure they have been asked before but I am not going to search page by page.
. Anyhow I have a few questions, Im sure they have been asked before but I am not going to search page by page.Since I havent been on the forums in awhile I have no clue of the stuff that has been happening for swordsman. I just play the game and hope I come across things. Ok so first question is:
1. How many new swords do we have since the CU ? and what are there names. If you have any screenshots of what they look like I would appreciate it. Also where I can get them. I dont need a guide on how to get them, just where to start it, or who drops it. A friend of mine gave me the N-K executor last night. It is a really cool looking sword and the stats are decent. But that brings me to my next question.
2. What is more important, high damage or high dps? I have a hammer from pre-cu that 1104 max damage and the dps is like 472 or something, but then on the N-K it has only like 800+ damage, but the dps is higher then my hammer. So which is more important?
3. Is there a speed cap anymore and if so what is it? I was speed capped before the CU, and I have the same gear, but I noticed last night when i used the N-K since it has +11 2 hand speed I was swinging faster then normal.
4. I have seen certain weapons that have elemental damage, now what does this do? Who hs weaknesses to the elements?

we have i think 4-5 new weapons... 3 of which are okay but not the greatest
we get currently the wookiee Toothpick(nice states and looks of the Executioner Hack) The NK-executer which you have and the Sith Sword(which is exactly like the NK but with cold damage 50 and no mods and looks exactly the same. there is also a new sword we are getting from a quest apparently in the next publish that is a Sword
and it is supposed to be on par with the Hammer.
Best stats to look out for on weapons now are Damage and SAC. speed doesnt really do much since all it does is drain your action faster.
and speed no longer takes that much effect any more and there isn't a speed cap as it were since speed is calculated diffrently now.

and i forgot elemental damage is currently broken so... no point at the moment to use it.

thank you. i did a mission tonight for the cheif wookie in the kerritamb village. I got a sword as a reward. Its ok and cool looking, but when i use specials, my guy is hitting with his fists, not the sword. So what are the names of all the swords we got now? I am trying to get one of each

That sword, is a fencer weapon, like every other quest reward sword it seems. Anyway, its the N-K Executer, which is a drop off of Necrosis, i dont know where the sith sword or wookie toothpick are, and there is the Dareis'ti sicle(or somethign liek that) which is a drop off of cyranus the unfeelingin the dead forest, its not really all that good, and the lifeblood cleaer frmo him too i think. ultimately, none compare to your big ugly powerhammer, but like someone mentioned up above, there is supposed to be a new sword(it better be a sword) that is supposed to be on par with the powerhammer.

DPS doesnt matter. it does nothing. look for high damage and low SAC. no speed cap, now it is diminished results. the points get put in a formula so that every point higher that you get does justa little less than the point before it.
