As I know, we cant do nothing, just maybe get up a rifle level 54 no skills needed and fire away and then if he gets off guard just get up the sword again and knock him down. But I have heard that root and snare will get fixed, cause its working the wrong way. The root/Snare is suppose to go away when the first shot hits you. So you can move again.

Just wondering... Ever since I've dropped fencer, I've found it increasingly hard to get within damage dealing range of a ranged fighter. I just dueled someone for 15 minutes, and never got in range because he could literally resnare me within seconds of the snare timing out. I can't resnare him back, and I only caught him because I burstran and he missed a snare. Don't even get me started on roots... I've been root stacked (concussion shot+stoppingshot at the same time) so many times it makes me sick. And I can't even attack back (at least with the intent of doing damage. Sure I can pull out an adv laser rifle and use ranged shot, but that does negligible damage).

How do you deal with snares/roots?
