I did Pikeman on dantooine, doing savage quenkers. (once I was novice)
With buffs, and mind food.
You should be able to do swordsman the same way.

Well if you have the buffs and food i started out in the brawler line in dantooine doing savage quenkers..got swordman 1-novice in 2 hours, then I did the rest of swordman in 2 days in Endor killing every lair I came across..was a very fun profession in pve..I got master faster then TKM even. I was also a master doc so that helped alot

Rancors and Rancor Youths on Dath. You can go for the biggerone but they just take longer with no real exp bonus.
Get about half way through swordsman, armor with high kentic resist, some good buffs, brandy, and moun (just in case).
With very little down time I couldtake on 4 to 5 at once with the area attack, and get between 4.8 and 5k exp per beastie in about the same time I could take down a quenker lair. Plus no running back and forth to mission terms, these guys respawn fairly quick .
