Ok i was roaming through old posts and found an extensive discussion on how these work and want to make sure i understand correctly.

1. I can't stack speed aa in lets say a ubese shirt?What if the shirt was looted and already had speed built into one of the slots?Could i add one more?

If this is the case i guess im stuck with spending some extra cash on some high numbered AA.One for a bandolier and one for a belt.

Any help appreciated.

Looted clothing doesn't have slots afaik so you don't have to worry about that.

You can't add a +speed attachment if there's already one attached (can't stack).
