On that Attachment, buy an attachment with +13 or more 2h Melee Damage and use that first, then put your attachment in. You will now have damage (doesn't work), and Speed. The Speed is highly valuable, and will sell very well. As a Wookie, you're probably better off putting it in a Ubese Shirt and selling it if it's an AA.

Well, that sure saved me about all day today. Thanks for finally clearing that mystery up for me as the CSR's were of no help.
Now i have no idea what else to master to be useful...
Maybe the Flavor of the Year Combat Medic and bleed the mind along with HH3?
Ne1 familiar with this temp? hows it work?

I"m wondering how people stack professions then, If i'm getting a +15 melee defense mod from one profession, how come it wouldnt work with the rest of my melee defense, since it doesnt say "One Handed Melee Defense +15" just says "Melee Defense +15".

Melee and ranged defense work with any profession and are innate.
Dodge/Counterattack/Block only work with their specified professions
Dodge - Fencer/Pistoleer
Counterattack - Swordsman/Carbineer
Block - Pistoleer/Pikeman/Rifleman
TKA is supposed to benefit from all of them with Defense Acuity, but I hear that it is currently broken.

I'm a Master Swordsman Master Brawler Master Medic at the moment.
I'm looking to finish up template something like this:
Master Swords, Brawler
Pikeman 0030
TKA 0304
Fencer 4040
This would get me all the stats for Defensiveness as i could possibly get without mastering them all since there's not enough skill points. Before i start grinding out all this stuff, i'm wondering Does all the +dodge stuff stack that doesnt specify Weapon Type? Just using dodge as an example: Under Fencer i'll get a +15 Dodge Skill/Ability..... Will the 15+ whatever i have from swordsman+TKA+Pikeman be counted with that while using the respective weapons?
If so, is there a cap on any of the skills such as Melee Defense, Ranged Defense, Melee Mitigation, Dodge, Defense vs _____, etc?
On topic, i hear from some people saying that Armor Attachments with Melee Skill Mods dont work properly, is this true? I recently found a +12 2hd Damage and +12 to 2hd wep Speed Attachment and didnt know if i should use it or not.
Lastly, I'm a wookie... Any other Wook's been able to solo NS Elders, Krayts, etc? I havent been able to find a Krayt or NS Elder that someone wasnt trying to KS from me yet, so im not really sure how long i would have lasted. I'm using like 58% Wookie Armor encumb sliced mostly.

You cannot dodge or block when wielding a sword so those skills would be useless to you. All defensive skills cap at 125 (ranged def, melee def, def vs stun etc), and melee mitigation caps at 3.
The only skill attachment mods that are currently working are 2h speed and 2h accuracy. All the rest are broken.

As for the wookie soloing question....I am a wookie...and I have been able to solo NS Elders before...just takes a lot of time..I suggest getting Master Dancer and Musician buffs so mind isnt a problem. As long as you watch your HAM,alwayz keep Intimidate applied, and heal when neccessary, you should be able to do it as well. Im sure you should be able to solo a Krayt as well.(I havent tried this yet)

I solo elders with my wookiee and a powerhammer all the time, just pop an ahrisa and two brandies and youa re fine.

Number one dont go wookiee they start to smell bad real fast. and i think someone was talking about 2handed damage attachments earlier but those are broken curently so dont waste your time.
