What cave/npc's has the best drop rate on these things?

Alll Ive ever gotten out of caves what +1 or 2 2h speed. I really want start working up to speed cap with swordsman, but ive got no idea where to start on getting these attachements.

cmon, WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR TAPES!

basically any high-level NPC can drop attachments or other loot (DoT, schematics, etc). the drop rates for different skills is completely random I beleive. (i'd like to see someone proove that it's not)

Tusken Raiders - Fort Tusken POI on Tatooine (i've gotten a few +3 attachments here)

Gungans - Gungan Sacred Place POI on Naboo (plus they are fun to kill aren't they?)

Darktroopers - weapons lab? POI on Naboo

Marauders - their base on Endor (only a few of them will be at the base, but you can find them all over Endor)

Dantari - village POIs on Dantooine

Black Sun - Yavin, Endor, Dathomir, Lok? (good luck finding them)

Singing Mountain Clan & Nightsisters - POIs on Dathomir

Geonosians - Geonosian Bunker on Yavin

Corsair Pirates - POI on Lok

Stormtroopers & Imperial Officers - base POIs on several planets

Akuans - POI cave on Talus

Rogue Corsec - POI base on Corellia

Nym's Pirates - at Nym's Stronghold on Lok, can also be found all over the planet

Rebel NPCs - a few bases on a few planets

Lord Nyax - POI on Corellia

NPCs on the Corellia Corvette

If anyone can think of anymore let's add to this list!

Add Lord Nyax to that list. But hes WAY camped so its kinda hard to get the loot.

But before it was cleaned up it was the borle bat cave on rori. Still a few of those attachments floating around but thank god they fixed it. Guy named -timo- on my galaxy broke the bank with his third party macro

over 2 days of broken time camping(got a wife and 1 yr old) in the anukn champion cave on talus I pulled a +5 melee def AA +7 1h dam AA +8 2H dam AA 3 anuk +5 range def rings, waay too many + clothes to count and a crap load of xp. There is two wavesspawns in this cave light blues and while/yellow/redish the top dogs drop skill attachments and the rings, the lil guys drop the clothes mainly.

Oh yea got a crystal out of one of the mag seals next to the boss also

IGNPC: We often hear the loudest cries from a relative minority. Still, it seems odd that all the comments sent our way have been negative.
Haden Blackman: Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game. They aren't spending their time sending you guys letters or posting on the forums.

You'd probably be better off killing Nightsisters(Protectors, Spell Weavers) since there is a huge amount of spawns in 1k m radius around the Stronghold on Dathomir.

I don't know about your servers, but on Starsider, unless you don't have a job you ain't campin any of the caves.

So, the aakauns are out for me. Ya, ya... you can run the missions on Talus, but they don't drop as well as their cave brethren.

My suggestion would be Nightsisters... I've had a couple good drops off stalkers, protectors and spellweavers. Also the lower mobs on the Corvette (first floor), not hard to kill with a power hammer, and they 'apparently' drop SEAs. All I've pulled from them is creds and crap.

Nightsister Elders are a waste of good armor, I've likely done 10-15 of these in the last 3 days and might have made enough to pay for a buff. Oh, and I think I got a locked container or two.... not to mention how embarassing it is when the ol' brandy craps out while you're spamming head hit... and then you realize... oh, I don't seem to have any more brandy out of a crate... then you clone
