Thread: looting nothing is a crime

for thelast while i have been out doing night sisters....spidercults.....force crystal hunters.....kimos you no all the usual
and well for my count of things i looted wereas follows-a crappy force crystal (actually 3) but none the less they were terrible locked containers and some clasps
now i play like a lot like a lot alot a lot and do about 15 ns elders a day plus what comes with them and i havnt gotten anything really worth anything i was wondering if there is something that i could do like have a big group or fight something different or whatever that would make me at least get something worthy of not destroying............p.s i have to buy a new suit of armor like everyday since it decays so fast after all that i am loosing to much money

try 30 elders a day and the best u find is a white text ns lance, so then u give up and go for normal NS, best thing u find is another white next ns lance

You know what's really bad? Killing the fire breathing spider in the geo caves (which spawns on a timer because it's supposed to drop loot) and getting absolutely nothing, twice in a row. That was fricken irritating. Although I did get some 65/115 acklay bones, so that was nice. Although, by my estimation the power hammers that got made with them are only about 4% better than the regular ones.

i ssooooOOOOOOoooooOOoooo feel the same way. my suggestion? instead of ns elders, kill protectors, spell weavers, stalkers and such. yes, elders give betetr loot. but think about it. its not worth it. kill 10 stalkers instead of 1 elder. you have a 10 times better chance to get anything at all, a 10 times better chance to get something good at that, since all ns can drop good stuff. ive looted about 50 lances from weaker ns's, and about 10 from elders, 9 of which are WHITE!!! the last one is a pretty awesome health poison, but thats beside the point. see what im gettin at? **edit** ns elders

I typically rotate through. hit up the NS's clear the entire cave, then go hit up the geo caves, etc... If you alread have the times for the acklay and spider then you can use the time in between to go clear the NS caves. I rarely go for krayts cause they are always farmed and people always tyring to steal your kills which means you have to have a huge group in order to actually get loot rights.

My suggestion is to completely ignore elders, they rarely drop ANYTHING. protector and spellweaver are the best. Again, ignore elders they are a waste of time

Elders drop some of the best crystals in the game now, and i gota +24 rifle speed attachment off one today. Just keep killin them

Try spending over 2 hours killin a dark jedi master and gettin nothing. I'm pretty sure I created several new obscenities after that.

Other day I was doing nightsisters, quit after like, two hours when my mind buffs went. I got like4 force crystals and an okay mind fire lance (only 49 strength, but 70something% potency). All that from a ton of lower ns and like 2 elders (which had nothing and 3000 creds). On my way back though, I saw a stalker all by herself, killed her, and got an exceptional lance.Stats were2.1 30-575.

i feel for you i really do. all i even loot is either combat staffs, stone knife or NOTHING. where everone around me seems to get all the great loot.

Ahhh loot, i love when this topic comes up. Believe me ive killed so many GD kimo's i think they would have gone extinct by now lol. Elders i gave up on competely, i only kill sentinels now.
As for quality of the loots, sure i get a bunch of crap all day long along with getting noting but credits, sometimes nothing at all. I deal with it. Think about it, the only thing that deters every rifleman from coming to the krayt graveyard and stealing kills is that the drop rate sucks somewhat. What if krayts and elders dropped every time, you think you would have a chance at them from killstealers? i really doubt it. i think the loot system is SOMEWHAT ok as it is. sure im pissed when i kill an elder and get nothing but a cheesy set of clasps or a lance or something. or some sort of fubar'ed skill tape like "+11 injury treat speed, +2 weapon experimentation, -15 volley fire bonus" lolol,i love when i get those. they rarely sell due to the fact that who knows how to make what stick lol
