Thread: New Swordsman...need help with weapon stats

Hi. I'm just starting to get into Swordsmanand I'm trying to look around for weapons. Can anyone help me out with what kind of statsI shouldlook for in a powerhammer, scythe, etc. I know it will be different between servers, but I'm hoping they will generally be around the same. Just looking for well crafted weapon using normal high-quality resources....no special components. Thanks for any input.

Best thing to do is shop around on your server. Buying a good scythe is going to be pricy. If you are not speed capped you will be looking for a speed sliced PH for maximum effect. Should look for speed around 4.6 or so on that.
TO grind to master you will want a 2h curved. Get one that is speed sliced so you are as close to capped as you can get. then get some speed and spin2 and take out lairs and the grind goes fast.

My hammers I'm using were all
5.2 speed 139-472
Best speed sliced was 3.9 @ 139-472
Best dmg sliced was 5.2 @ 179-620
I don't know the accuracy off hand....but these are just regular hammers. I think I picked up 6 or 7 of them and got them all sliced at once.
Once I burn through these I'm just going to buy a crate of hammers with similar base stats.....and then give the crate to a smuggler friend of mine.
