Thread: novice weapon choice

Im just novice swordsman right now and I'm planning on going up the speed tree first, so I'm using a speed sliced curved sword. My question is when should I opt for a speed sliced hammer or scythe?(half way up the speed tree/all the way up?). Any tips areappreciated

Personal choice really, I like the curved 2hander but i think i used a reasonable dmg, speedsliced hammer for most of my grinding

/agree.
Use a 3.8-4.2 speedsliced hammer.
You can get them on the bazzar.
When you are master,carry around your scythe,but never use it, except on birthdays etc.
Use a 150kcred Damage sliced hammer instead. And always carry a twohanded curved for general light work.
