Yeah if u mostly doing pvp but for pve imo there is no big needs for m-brawler...

drop tka and do pistoleer 1-0-4-3 and novice med will imo be the better choice for havin high defense-stats and the ability to heal yourself with stim´s "b"....this is my current template and i can kill each and any in pve...it´s no uber-template but very handy in most situations....if i´m hunting critters for ressources i drop my nov-med and switch temp to nov-scout and pull out my droid with +105 harvest....doing this mostly as a fencer....i like the fencer moves...and dodge works fine againts animals.... going for heavy mobs or pvp i switch to my trusty scythe/powerhammer....but to be spd-capped u need a +15 sea for two-handed-speed and master-brawler or +20 sea without m-b...again this is not uber in pvp but very handy in both siuations....

Devs stated that there is allways a 10% chance of landing a stat....so +90 means your are capped....
