Is there a list of these somewhere? I searched the forums, but I don't think I can get the wording right to find the real one.

I mainly use two-hand head hit 3, if you know at least that one it would be helpful

Thanks,

This is the information I got when I asked if there was a forumla to find the actual rate at which you hit. However, the only special delay mod listed is the one for AreaHit3. I would like to know if there is a list I can find somewhere. I have went back numerous pages Haun, but I haven't seen a post with them.

Yeah: Actual Speed = Weapons Speed * Special Delay Modifier * ((1 - Personal Speed Mod) * .01)

Example:

Powerhammer with Speed 5.4

Areahit3 with a special delay mod of 2.5

Master Swordsman with a personal speed mod of 75

Actual Speed = 5.4 * 2.5 * (1 - (75 * .01)) = 5.4 * 2.5 * .25 = 3.4 seconds per hit

Add +5 from a speed tape or from Master Brawler and it becomes:

Actual Speed = 5.4 * 2.5 * (1 - (80 * .01)) = 2.7 seconds per hit

You can get your speed mod above 100, but any values over 99 are meaningless. At 99, you should be able to use any weapon in the game with any special in the gameat the speed cap. For the PH above with a 2.5 special, you hit the speed cap before that at 93 (actually, 92.3).

Try this and see if it is what you are looking for regarding the speed multipliers for the specials themselves:

Damn, where do you people get these skill tapes ?

Is there a mob that consistently drops them ? I don't want to have to resort to paying lame trash pile looters for the things, I'd rather go out and pull them off a corpse somewhere.
