Thread: Devs: Power Hammer is obviously Underpowered. Hot fix needed.
I posted this on the main discussion forum, but like always, it flew off the first page in a couple minutes.
Just a quick hot fix that would help out me and my friends.
The power-hammer is bugged. Well, not the hammer itself, but the crafting schematic.
There is no core components, or something like that. And so there is no way to make it the best 2H swordsman weapon.
The power-hammer should be better (at least stronger) than all others, but crafters cannot make them anywhere NEAR as good as they can make the 2H curved sword.
Please go over the coding for the crafting schematic and just basically look over the Power Hammer.
Nothing big, just a quick hotfix. ![]()

Actually, there is a core schematic for the power hammer. It isn't bugged, but very dependent on the mats used to make it. I have a master WS for my alt, and I have tried out the Geno sword core. It turned out a very inferior 2 hand curved sword. (Although, it had excellent ideal range modes, +18) You can typically make an advanced sword core better than the geno ones. Same with the looted geno reinforcement core, which is used for hammers.
The only thing about the power hammer sch that might be considered bugged is the fact that the experimentation values are 100% based on shock resistance and it requires copper. A metal not know for its high SR.(Although it does exist.)
