Sorry if this is ranting, but Swordsman doesnt really have any status effect moves OR knockdown attacks. I think 2h Sweep 2 should be a knockdown attack instead of a posture down attack

I personally don't feel that we need a knockdown;
Stacked posture down attacks should just work, instead of cancelling each other out - if someone's dizzy and prone it isn't much different to being dizzy and knocked down, ranged users can't shoot you if you're point blank and melee fighters can't attack lying down either.
Then Sweep 2 and Spin Attack 2 should be replaced with something we don't already have, like a stunning move.
Hell, I'd be happy if they just gave us our damned bleeds back.

I am sure he is aware of the fact that Mindhit1 and Mindhit2 are mind bleed attacks. What he is referring to is the fact that it used to be that you could stack bleeds and that bleeds meant something. They took away the statcking bleeds and nerfed the bleed tick to the point that it is almost pointless to use bleeds anymore. That is what he meant by give us our bleeds back.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that with a moderately high willpower PCs can regenerate mind faster than a 700max PH bleed can drain it...

Even against NPCs and Critters bleeds are all but useless now, like most other swordsmen I've dropped my bleed macros off the toolbar, before they used to be a valuable tool, now I'd rather just get an extra head hit in.
I would rather they either let us stack multiple bleeds on a target or have the target's resistances affect the chance of a bleed rather than it's strength (so an 80% kinetic resist mob would have an 80% chance of resisting a bleed, but once the bleed is on it hits for full strength).

Ummmm, I am KDing stuff constantly with Swordsman Lunge attacks (Melee2lunge1, Melee2Lunge2).... is this not supposed to be a KD?
Only thing is, without dizzy, the KD doesn't do very much. Usually the creature falls, and my toon watches until he gets up before attacking again.

2hlunge2 is a KD, lunge1 is a posture down, but they're both brawler moves rather than swordsman moves, obviously you can't be a swordsman without getting lunge1, but lunge2 requires master brawler which not all of us have - I don't have any problem with leaving lunge2 in the master brawler box because it's useful enough to warrant getting, but ultimately it's not a swordsman move - you can be a master heavy swordsman and not have a KD.
As I say, this doesn't bother me nearly so much as the double posture down bug.

You know that areahit3 can often put a dizzy on a target as well as forcing a posture down ?
If double posture downs stacked properly it would be an absolutely lethal attack.

kd isnt what it used to be, with chef buffs people routinely get over 100 kd defense. posture downs + dizzyare far more effective now. just got to find a profession with a dizzy suppliment swordsman.
