Fireblades guide to soloing NS Elders
Yes it is possible.... YOU can solo these 300k ham NPCS and obtain some of the best loot in the game
Ok this guide isnt proffesion specific so it can help anyone though i do suggest novice brawler
Things needed
80% kinetic composite
Be Canape(Mind Food)
Be Brandy(Mind Drink)
Some sort of weapon they arent resistant to.....I.E Energy and Blast work well
Buffs
And thats about all ok now to finding one
Finding an elder
Normally look around the nightsister stronghold within 1k meters i almost always find one within 30 minutes if not go to the nightsister forced labor camp one is on a 2 hour spawn there
Technique
If you find one thats a random spawn kill all its friends then lead it away from the spawn so that the other nightsisters wont interfere.
Once youve got the elder isolated most important thing is to keep it intimidated
i normally do this
ATTACK
ATTACk
ATTACK
ATTACK
ATTACK
ATTACK
ATTACK
INTIMIDATE
ITIMIDATE
then repeate making a macro really helps
the trick is managing your foods
try and always stay on 2 brandys............and new pop more than 1 canape wont need it
as long as your focus is above 1500 your fine as far as ham costs go
dont bother trying to knockdown and dizzyone as its a useless struggle.
Proffesions
Swordsman
Swordsman have a real easy time of soloing these things get a nice acklay powerhammer and some speed tapes. Though you can do it with a 450 damage powerhammer and the master level +75 speed and use HeadHit3 If some of the nightsisters friends (spell weavers ETC Aggro on you use area 3.)
Rifleman
There are two ways a rifleman can do this
-
Conceal Shot (Go Prone with some distance with a speeder next to you if Aggroed on get on speed run rinse and repeat)
-
I find that horribly .............unfair way to solo them
-
Strafe Shot 2 The most damaging attack of a rifleman with a *5 Damage modifier can tear through these babys real quick
-
If your using rifleman i suggest having some stims on hand simply cause its not quite the tank some others are
Pikeman
Use Energy Damage Lance (there is one right)
After first few kills likely youll loot a nice pike which you can use to kill the rest
Also use any Dot Weapons you have cant hurt and use MindHit2
Well thats all for now folks!

I run one macro looping to intimidate, another looping to center of being and a third to attack. My third macro basically looks like this:
/ui action toolbarSlot11; (the attack)
/pause 1.8; (adjust for the weapon you are using)
/ui action toolbarSlot23; (loop the macro)
For me, toolbarSlot11 is my all-purpose toolbarSlot. If I'm working an elder, I want to focus on one particular pool (the last one I did a couple of hours ago had 380k ham).
So, for elders I'll just drag mindhit3 into that slot and let it loop. The other two macros will insert intimidate and center of being into the combat queue so I don't even have to worry about them. I want to focus on the mind pool simply because it takes a very long time to bring down 380k of ham, and I don't want to spread out my attacks across all three pools. Focusing on mind just makes it take less time to do the job.
Make sure to bleed her mind. Tap it 3 or 4 times at least since I believe the highest DOT sticks. Keep an eye on it and when she stops bleeding, just tap the key a few more times to insert it into the queue and make her bleed again.
Keep an eye on your ham and eat/stim as needed.
Eventually, you'll get to the point where she tries to leave. When she does, if you let her get too far, she'll likely warp 80m away. She'll eventually come back, but as soon as you hit her she'll turn around and leave again.
So... when she turns to leave hit /follow and nail her again and again with lunge. This usually won't drop her to her knees, but it will get her attention and will almost always make her stop and turn to hit you. She'll turn again immedately to leave, but you will stop her at least long enough for you to get in some more head shots. Rinse and repeat and she will soon die.
And then you get that wonderful message, "You find nothing of value". Let me tell you, after 1/2 hour of beating on this wench, and watching your armor steadily and noticably lose it's life, there is nothing more satisfying than finding out that she has no money or possessions.

fyi, sorry ment to hit edit, but eh, their hams are 320-390(never seen one past 390 or at least 387 or so)
also u mightta wanted to mention that people should adjust food to their abuilities/prefrences, if someone is weak, taking 3 canape over 25-30 min can run out if u dont have a munon back up or low fill canape(mainly this problem occurs when trying to soloing one then another(and because pre recent nerf they took longer to kill for heals and what not, nothing like running away poping a munon with ur helmat off making it 15m from ur bike and getting a free ride to cloneing center), u find u can get introuble)

I just attack, mind hit 3 all the way, throw in intimidate, and a few self heals and its a done deal. They are not hard, just time consuming.
