ok, ive killed 8 of them now, and all ive gotten are a merc bandolier and a ring, both mod-less.

waht are these supposed to drop, what have they dropped for u?

and do they drop NS vibro blade units?

not sure, but i think only axkva min droppes teh NS vibrounits.

the protectors also drop stuff and you can kill them a lot quicker than elders. maybe you should try and kill them if you are only looking for loot.

where is she? i read in that cave by the NS stronghold, but there was only a normal elder in there

people say shes a 1 day spawn

She may not be a once a day spawn, but she is very random.

And on tempest there is a PA that is camping her and killing her after every server reset. So, not much chance for us to get a shot at her.

No biggie though. Thats one less group in the canyon looking for dragons.

She is a once a RESTART spawn... so your best bet to get to her is to do it immediately following the server coming up in the morning.... but if you have a restart for any reason such as a server crash, she will spawn.

Axkva Min is the only one who drops the NS vibro motors or the NS Energy Lance schematic. Even motors are rare, sometimes not dropping for a week straight.

I took down my first elder a few days ago and it dropped a pretty nice long vibro axe nice stats, dmg was kinda happy when i seen it in the loot box and teh name was green...hehe

I have looted nightsister armour layers from stalkers, nothing from protectors yet some leather from spell weavers.

Protectors seem to have the hightest loot to kill ratio, i've killed maybe 30 elders myself and all I ever get are crappy lances/lva's and the occasional set of heavy leather or clasps. But most of the time they drop like 500-1500 credits. Protectors drop TONS of lances/lva's and the occasional random other thing.

Outcasts are easy kills and also drop lots and lots of loot.

Well I killed a NS edler 1 week ago my first one. And I looted a bandolier with +25 polearm speed on it. Saving that for my PVP template when I finish with PVE. I have looted some amazing vibro axes and alsoa +16 to armor construction belt. So they do drop some uber items but its just a matter of luck.

I have spent all this week killing them and got crap so...... it does sing both ways depedns which end you jump on.

Yeah Axkva Min only spawns after a server reset, so theoretically if the servers never reboot or went down she would only exist once ever. I'm the terror of Axkva on bloodfin hehe, I find myself often camping there so I can buff myself and get right to work when the server boots.

But unless you are only after the motors she has a chance of dropping, it's not worth killing her or most elders for that matter. Go for the protectors, they are also very high level and drop loot i'd say at least 1/4 of the time.
