Might want to consider loosing the novice medic and going 4-4-0-4 in TK instead

I've done both, having the medic is well worth it. its a very good combination for almost any high lvl content you want to take on solo or grouped

My current template is:
MHS
MRifleman
TKA 4314 --- the x/3/x/x is for the secondary defense bonuses
You may want to look into something along those lines for PVP.
As for how a MHS/Rifleman works in PvP? i like it a lot. When my guild takes bases, its usually myself and all the fencers that take the turrets down. I'm usually the one who tanks them (dunno if that's due to my nature of kill-first-ask-questions-later). So, on our base excursions, I'm usually welcome along to help with those. then when a PvP battle boils over, i'll bust out the Jawa, and go to town.
Overall, it's a neat template. It focuses on balancing melee and ranged and you'd be surprised how well you can do even with your swordsman skills (i love lunge).
Also, as you know, the game isn't entirely PvP. Even if your guild focuses on the GCW and PvP (as mine does), you won't be doing it 24/7. Having swordsman allows you to shred anything PvE in the game.
It's a good template. One that provides quite a bit of versatility.

If I go Master Swordsman / Master Rifleman / 4004 in TKA / Novice Medic....will this be good in both PvP and PvE?
I want to solo high end mobs and do well in PvP. I love Swordsman and the Meditation tree in TKA is awesome to have. Any critques you might have to share?

I am also doing something similar, but more along the lines of MS, MR, TKA 4,0,0,0 and Medic 1,0,4,0.
HOw would this work?

Thats pretty much what I've got, it was awesome before they fixed armor holes, but I havent really logged on or tried any higher end mobs since then so I dont really know if all that medic is a waste..
