I have a question for many of you people.
Looking at the Swordsman and Fencer, fencer weapons have seemed to be pretty slim to me!
Im just a guy who wants to fight with swords...
I don't really fancy, polearms, axes, knifes, batons, daggers and hammers very much..
In the Fencer proffesion it seems to me that the Stun and Gadafii Baton, just beats the Curved Sword, which is fencers only real sword, well maybe also the ryyk blade!! survivel knife, dagger, raktok sword and vibroblade are all more like knifes than swords!
In the swordsman tree there are some cool looking swords... I have seen does called Two handed curved sword, which looks likea Samurai sword! Also the Two handed cleaver looks like a cool medievil sword...
But... The rest of them.... power hammer and the new hack, are very powerful..
If you get a good two handed curved sword, can it beatit's target, as good as a power hammer? I mean... Such a big powerful hammer gotta be slow and not very accurate? But still i only see MHS running around with power hammers!
Of course there is also the scytche but that weapon will be impossible to get when everyone has done the quest, and it can't be done more than two times, or something...
I guss all im saying ís... Is the curved sword, two handed cleaver and scytche worth it at master? I just love swords..

yeah, I started swordsmen because i like swords :-). I haven't yet done the scythe quest yet and I already have 2, I'm waiting until I get master weaponsmith and the appropriate cores so I can craft my own with my quest schematic. Of course, those two did set me back a million, but that's like 6 hours of mokk missions, which i did pretty fast with the hammer.
2-handed curved Sword is great to level with, find a good one and it will last you until you get a scythe. At master you will cap the speed, so a hammer will be more beneficial. Cleavers are hard to make for some reason, I believe a gated resource, I've yet to find a weaponsmith willing to make me one and stand by the results as better than the curved sword.
Hammer stands out only because of its high max and its blast damage. There's so many high-level mobs with high kinetic resists, and most people are wearing 80% kinetic compo now, that it's just better to use the hammer in most situations.
