Thread: I need to loot! I need your help! questions regarding templates and loot

Background info:
- I'm only interested in the PvE game, specifically, creating a template that will help me solo high end PvE mobs that drop 'high end' loot.
2 questions here guys:
1) What mobs / locations do you recommend for getting good loot? I know thats a pretty vague question - off the top of my head, I can only
really think of Krayts and Nightsisters.
2) What template do you think would best achieve that goal?
Specifically, I'm considering damage types and defences as the primary factors since high end mobs seem to have varying levels of high resistance (i.e. to kin).
Right now,my 'fav' pick isMSwords / MFencer / MBrawler, Medic 0-0-4-0 (Stim D!) and TKM 2-3-0-2 (for powerboost and state defences)
I'm not sure if Force of Will is too useful as I figure if I go down, I'll be cloning shortly after with these mobs..
Any input would be REALLY appreciated.

I recommend the advanced search option at the bottom of the page. Looking in this forum for template may yield a suprising number of results.
Master sword/Master doc/+20 in speed tapes (Yes, I consider these a vital part of any sword based template). Nightsisters on dath, geo cave on yavin, probly not the DWB on endor those SBD's are nasty with their 100% blast resists.
As far as krayts go, that's a rifleman thing. They've got high resists + AR3, you just won't kill em very fast with an AP2 weapon, which is unfortunately the best we've got.

Some people like to kill elders and Krayts. Maybe i'm impatient, but it is BORING. I've been getting some decent loot lately off of the higher level pirates on Lok, force-sensitive dudes on Dantooine or any Marauder on Endor. I recently looted a vibroknuckler with an unlimited use mind poison off a Lok pirate.
