Thread: a great past time draws to a close...

im sure all of u knowthat the combat revamp/fix/upgrade/nerf issoon (hopefully)to be implemented (YAY!!!!, oh wait...)but this also means that we will probably will no longer be able to solo elders or krayts... i for one must get my @ss in gear and solo an elder to hopefully jumpstart my bank account, but i know for many of u this has been a regular occurrence, and some of u have gotten a lot of credits from the lootof elders, but soon this will end and the loot from elders will be sold by a representitive of the group, and it will never feel the same with 10 people at ur side.
we must mourn what we have taken for granted for so long

At least you can trade your swordsman prof for the next best thing, whatever that is

i never got a chance to even TRY to solo an elder
i did get my ass handed to me by a krayt tho

I heard that when the CU kicks in peeps will have a one-time opportunity to change their profs instantly... any truth in this? Not particularly interested in it for my main, Swordsgirl toon - I'll stick with that template no matter the weather.. but might be nice to change my 2nd character's profs depending

I was in a similar situation... so I went and Solo'd a Giant Dune Kimogila, a Super Battle Droid and a Night Sister Elder.
Took about 10different Eldersbefore I finally got it right ! She dropped some lovely heavy duty claspslol All of the successfull kills were without entertainer buffs strangely.
I still have yet to do the Krayt and the Acklay solo hopefully in the next two months I will get a chance. The Acklay seems to always have someone sat down there keeping him company and the Krayt I find real hard to find.
and the Krayt I find real hard to find.I do mourn with you, but also I am hoping that the CU will breath new lifeinto the game. I just hope that they don't 'adjust' any profession so much that we should even want to move skill points, bit worrying that they have offered that free transfer thing.

Im just hoping that they dont make Sowrdsman worse than what it is. From what i heard, this is a rumor, that they might make the Mind Pool Untarget-able. Just a rumor.
