Thread: Whats going on with NS spawns???

Yesterday I had loads of fun, even though I did not know about the warcry bug lol. Loot was very good again, spawns were back to the way it was around the Poi's (loads and loads lol). Today it's back to the way it has been over the last few weeks again,
Whats going on anyone know???
NS are the only things left that are fun to hunt :/

They are indeed fun, but im not sure whats wrong with my old hunting template, i had good defenes all buffs and it seemed as if they were going straight through my Chestplate, yes it was brand new, im starting to wonder if im supposed to wear Biceps and Bracers, maybe Gloves 
EDIT:Spelling.... this keyboard has fairly large keys

Did u check your combat-log? i bet that those hits were ls-specials...

Yeah they used Devastion and some other wierd ''Punishment'' techniques like ''Torment of Punishment''.

force powers, probably choke and throw, were u knocked down by any bright lights?

well its not that i choke, i know when im choking ect. Those NS just use strong moves, and lately its been getting ridiculous. I died 3 times to an elder a couple days ago, i got her halfway down, i dont know if it was my old template or what.
My new template is CM 4-0-0-4 Master Swordsman.
I havent tried it yet, but since Swordsman Lacks defenses i am guessing i may get pulverized.

over the last week i've only run into two full days where spawns have been good, other then that it's like the whole planet is dead. The devs can never seem to fix this

We think that somehow, NS are bypassing toughness and defense to inflict that kind of damage. To me, it almost seems that when they are using the LS specials with whatever weapons they have equipped, the game is treating it like Lightsaber damage, even if the weapon is kinetic or whatnot.

On sunrunner gloves are a must, helmet, chest, gloves and boots and you have all the holes covered, forget one of those and you are screwed.

Ohhhhhhhh so that explains why when i faced off against an NS Sentinel she did a move with a PH that I as a Master Swordsman had never seen.
so as things stand in-game now after pub 11.2
space NPC's have nitrous equiped engines that i have to use my booster to keep up with tier 3's
Ns are using LS attackswithout a lightsaber and still inflicting damage as if they were using a lightsaber.
and the combat upgrade is gonna "balance"all characters, buffs and armor. (read we will be nerfed back to a time when a kreetle was a feared enemy and anybody even thinking about taking on an NS died from the shock)

Nightsisters will do lightsaber damage because they can do lightsaber attacks with whatever weapon they are holding.
Saturday afternoon a few friends and I went out hunting NSers, in our usual NS gank squad. We ran into a spawn of protectors and spellweavers, and were simply cut down by literal spamming of LS attacks and force lighting that hit for like 800-1000 damage.
Yes, Virgina, nightsisters damage output has been ramped up, but the loss of toughness hasnt helped much either.

What i have noticed is that whenever you get hit with a spell, unless you have ALL your armor covered, it goes right through. This means that i take full damage when i am wearing my med/melee pants. If you are going half naked, you will still prevent the damage from normal attacks, but the second you get hit with junk, lightning, or George Lucas's Hatred, you will take it all.
