Thread: do you need swordsman to use a lightsaber?

Is there a lightsaber certification somewhere in the swordman skill tree? Or are lightsaber skills found in a jedi profession or something?

Only Jedi can use LS obviously

Lightsabers are 2-handed melee weapons. Likely they will have their own certification in the jedi profession. I believe that having swordsman will help make you better with a lightsaber (like having pistoleer skills AND BH pistol skills) but I doubt its a requirement. Weapon skills are important but not the most important thing for a jedi.

For those of you that don't know, the character you are using now can NEVER be a jedi.


when your force sensitive slot opens, you have to create a new charachter.




- I support the proper use of common sense when it comes to re-developing games which are nearly two years into their tenure...evidently this sentiment is not shared by those that finance this game.
