Could you suggest to the devs that since swordsmen can do area attacks with posture down and dizzy that we get special attacks that do the same to single targets?
I find myself frustrated that when fighting a single foe, that I have to use my area attack to lower their posture. The problem is that I'm often surrounded by non-aggro foes that the attack would hit, so I can't even use that attack at all.
Here is my thought. Since the Finess tree is lacking, and lowering posture and dizzying seem reasonably like finesse type issues, the new attacks I'm about to suggest should go in the Finesse tree.
Two-hand Maim 1: Same as Two-hand Hit 2 + lower posture
Skill box: Advanced Sword Finesse (perhaps in the intermediate box?)
Two-hand Maim 2: Same as Two-hand Hit 2 + lower posture + dizzy
Skill box: Expert Sword Finesse
Reasons for these additions:
A. Swordsmen already have these abilities on mulitiple foes, why not on single?
B. Finesse tree could use some beefing up.
C. Uses existing abilities of the swordsman.
D. Addition of these abilities would not be unbalancing or drastic
Thoughts?
